Bringing Theory into Practice, and Learning into Reflection

Becoming a thoughtful therapist involves more than acquiring new theories and techniques. It also requires reflection on how we understand and apply what we know, what we notice within therapeutic relationships, and how we ourselves participate in the clinical process.
